At ALUSTRED, we aim to deliver premium quality streetwear and the best shopping experience to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Limited edition or exclusive drops

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Wrong Size or Defective Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong size or wrong product

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Refund Policy

Currently, ALUSTRED does not offer refunds on successfully delivered orders. Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The order is cancelled by our team

  • The product is out of stock after purchase

  • A prepaid order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID

  2. Mention the reason for exchange

  3. Ship the product back after approval

  4. Once verified, the replacement product will be dispatched

Customers may be required to bear the return shipping charges unless the issue is from our side.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
